I have suffered from low-blood-sugar problems for decades. The only way to control it is with exercise and diet. Nothing else works. Controlling it won&#039;t make you a good trader, but not controlling it will destroy your ability to remain mentally alert, focused, and will pretty much leave you feeling (and looking) like a zombie. Zombies cannot make good trading decisions.

For me, getting up early, eating only a 100% animal-based-protein meal within thirty minutes of waking up, going for an early morning walk in the park, and, for the rest of the day, avoiding all simple carbs, all starchy foods, all grain products, and all processed foods is the only way I have found to control my low-blood sugar.
